To help Ben & Jerry’s break the ice ‘down udder’, we carried out an extensive public relations, sampling and social media program to spread the peace, love and ice cream and generate mass awareness of the brand.

To celebrate the opening of Ben & Jerry’s first Australian scoop shop, we flew Ben and Jerry themselves to Australia for a media tour, and to dish up ice cream during a 12 hour free ice cream scoop-a-thon held to officially open the store. Twitter and Facebook were used to drive sampling across Sydney and Melbourne with more than 100,000 scoops of ice cream served up in November and December. The combined reach of all launch campaign activity exceeded 27 million.
